CEO seeks warm and friendly work culture by next Monday
While addressing the monthly performance meeting WebQuest Technologies CEO, Ashok Kumar categorically warned all employees that he needs a friendly work culture by next Monday at all costs.
“I don’t care if I have to cancel your next corporate retreat or fire you in bulk. I need results out here”
Finance head Mr Prakash, was quick to add that yearly bonus won’t be released till employee morale improves in line with his spreadsheet projections.
At press time, pro employee initiatives such as extended crying hours every Thursday and ‘wear a panda costume to work Tuesdays seemed to be gaining consensus from majority of the staff.
Mr Ashok was last seen enquiring with the HR head as to how make it look like they are having fun at work.
